Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB & GIF) is a body corporate under the administrative control of the Establishment Division. It provides collective welfare and insurance coverage to the employees/families of the Federal Government. The organization intends to appoint a Consultant Investment on a contract basis to manage a very large investment portfolio. Result-oriented persons fulfilling the below-mentioned criteria and willing to work under a given time schedule and high standards of performance may apply for the above post:

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

CFA qualified with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification relevant experience dealing in Govt. Securities, equity market and other financial instruments with a reputable investment management organization, an asset management company, a bank, a financial institution or a brokerage house may apply with confidence. Maximum age limit: up to 50 years

EMOLUMENTS:

Market-based monthly remuneration and other benefits shall be offered to the selected candidate as per qualification and relevant experience during the interview.
In case of selection, the selected candidate if working in a Government Department or Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous Body will have to resign or seek retirement before joining the new assignment.

TENURE:

The selected candidate shall be appointed initially for a period of two years on a contract basis; extendable as per applicable government rules, upon satisfactory performance assessed under the approved Job description and KPIs. The appointee may resign in writing or the FEB & GIF may terminate his services within three months notice period or payment of salary thereof by both sides.

Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for test/interview. Candidates will be required to bring Original Documents and two (2) sets of attested copies of the same at the time of the interview. Appointment shall be subject to verification of education/other documents and antecedents. If the documents of the appointee are found fake at any stage, the services of the appointee shall be liable to be terminated and strict legal action will also be taken.
