Finance Department Government of Sindh invites applications from the interested candidates (Pakistani nationals) for the following position purely on a contract basis:

Position	Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst (One Position)	The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for: – To assist Fiscal & Financial Manager (FFM) – To provide assistance in preparation of budget for MTBF pilot departments and their sub-ordinate spending units on multi-year format. – To provide assistance in conducting workshops for concerned officials / DDOs of MTBF line departments for the preparation of MTBF budget proposals.
Qualification & Experience	Masters in Commerce / Economics / Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent from HEC recognized University – A minimum 4 years professional experience gained in public / private sector;

General Instructions:

The appointment will be purely on a contract basis initially for a period of (02) two years which is further extendable on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants must be having Domicile / PRC (Form “D”) of Sindh Province.
Competitive market-based salary packages would be offered to the successful candidate.
Applicants (s) already in service, should apply through proper channel with NOC from the competent authority of their present organization(s).
Only shortlisted applicants shall be called to appear in written test / interview and no T.A / D.A will be admissible in any case.
