Heavy Industries Taxila Board, Taxila Cantt invites applications from suitable candidates for the following posts:

Specialist (Ophthalmologist) BPS-18 (Contract): Vacancy: 1 (Open Merit)
- 1) Civilians:
  - a) FCPS with a minimum of 1-year experience after specialization in a recognized Institute/Hospital.
  - b) Should be registered with PMDC.
- 2) Armed Forces Officers:
  - Lt Col/Major Retd (AMC) classified ophthalmologist specialist.
- Age Limit: For Civil: 25-35 years, Ex-Military: Up to 50 years
Asst Personnel Officer (BPS-17) (Regular): Vacancy: 1 (Open Merit)
- 1) Civilians:
  - a) Master’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3 or above from an HEC recognized university/institute.
  - b) Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
- 2) Armed Forces Officers:
  - Retired (Major/Captain) or equivalent having vast experience in administration, Supply Chain Management, knowledge of rules/regulations and fully conversant with maintenance of records.
- Age Limit: For Civil: 24-30 years, Ex-Military: Max 50 years
Medical Officer (BPS-17) (Contract): Vacancy: 1 (Open Merit)
- 1) Civilians:
  - a) MBBS from a recognized Medical College/institute.
  - b) Should be registered with PMDC.
  - c) Two years experience after house job.
- 2) Armed Forces Officers:
  - Major Retd (AMC).
- Age Limit: For Civil: 24-45 years, Ex-Military: Max 50 years
Asst Works Manager (BPS-17) (Contract): Vacancy: 5 (Open Merit)
- 1) Civilians:
  - a) BE/BS/B.Sc (Engg) or equivalent in Mechatronics/Computer discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3 or above from an HEC recognized institute registered with PEC.
  - b) Experience in relevant field will be preferred.
  - c) Metallurgical only: M.Sc in Chemical Engineering/Physics/Chemistry Technology or B.Sc in Chemical Engineering/Physics/Chemistry/Metallurgy Engineering. Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
- 2) Armed Forces Officers:
  - a) Retired EME officer (Major/Captain) with a minimum of 05 years of service as a commissioned officer and having basic course at School/College of E & ME.
  - b) Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
- Age Limit: For Civil: 20-35 years, Ex-Military: Up to 50 years
Driver MT (BPS-4) (Regular): Vacancy: 1 (Local)
- 1) Civilians:
  - a) Middle pass.
  - b) Should be in possession of HTV.
  - c) PSV driving license holders will be preferred.
- 2) Armed Forces Officers:
  - a) Retired Armed Forces Driver.
  - b) Should be able to drive and maintain vehicle properly.
  - c) Experience in staff car driving will be preferred.
- Age Limit: For Civil: 18-30 years, Ex-Military: Up to 50 years

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Interested candidates are required to download the application form available at the HIT official website www.hit.gov.pk and forward the same along with complete documents (education/experience) to “Director Administration HIT (Post Code: 47070) Taxila Cantt” within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
Five years general age relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible to all civilian candidates; however, any other relaxation in the upper age limit will be dealt with as per the prevailing Govt Policy. Relaxation for ex-military candidates has already been included in the given age.
Govt Servants may apply through the proper channel.
Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
