Applicants are invited to fill the following positions of Project Coordination Unit under the PSDP Project titled “Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center” Company under Ministry of National Health Services Regulations & Coordination, Islamabad on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance till completion of project, whichever is earlier. Market-based competitive salary will be offered.

Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects in managing public sector projects with significant investment. Strong financial acumen in corporate management with capital raising, financial planning, etc. Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Experience in the Health Sector shall be given preference.
2.	Secretary Company	01	45-55	Minimum Qualifications: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants i.e. ICAP. Member of the institute of chartered secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP). Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance, Commerce, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution is a must.	Minimum 10 years of experience either in the Public Sector (held in State-Owned Enterprises (Government/Semi-Government Organizations) since 2023) and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance Rules 2013, Companies Act 2017). Key Skills & Competencies: Complete understanding of Corporate Governance Rules, 2013, Companies Act, 2017, SECP Circulars (Corporate Governance) 2019. Excellent understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements. High level of professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in the Health Sector shall be given preference.
